This is Long Term Care 2019 delegates will benefit from discounted fares for travel between Toronto, and anywhere Air Canada flies. Applicable discounts will vary between 5% and 12% depending on type of flight (North America, International or domestic) and ticket class. To take advantage of this offer, delegates will need the discount code which will be provided within the conference registration confirmation email. The discount code must be used in the Air Canada website www.aircanada.com.

VIA Rail Via Rail offers 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, Sleeper class. Discount does not apply in any Escape fares and Prestige Class (subject to the conditions and restrictions of the fare plan to which the additional discount is being applied). Discount does not apply in any Escape fares and Prestige Class. The Discount code will be shared with delegates upon completion of their conference registration.
Territory: From all stations throughout the VIA system to Toronto, Ontario and return.
Restrictions: Fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per booking.

Online booking tips: Passengers have to log in to their profile, or create one prior to booking. On the Passenger information screen, select “Convention fare” from the “Discount Type” drop-down menu, and enter the discount code for your convention or event in the “Discount code” field. This code has been given to you by the conference organizer. The conference fare will be shown on the next page.

INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
Visitors to Canada require a valid passport and many require a visitor’s visa. For information on visa requirements and exemptions please check with the nearest Canadian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate.

If you require a letter from the Conference Secretariat to support your travel VISA application, please email events@oltca.com. Please ensure you include your name, title, organization name and full address in your email.
Visitors from the USA – Since June 2009, everyone from every country arriving in Canada by air, land and sea has needed a passport or equivalent travel document. Besides an up-to-date passport, visitors may instead have an equivalent travel document, such as a NEXUS Card. If you haven’t already, apply now for your U.S. passport or an equivalent travel document.
