The This is Long Term Care Mobile App provides real time access to all conference and Exhibit Hall details! Stay connected with all the information you need in your pocket, including interactive floor plans, programming, speakers and much more!

Get engaged and take part in the Great Canadian Scavenger Hunt!  This interactive engagement contest is fun and simple.  Collect all the scavenger hunt items by networking with exhibitors, sponsors and other delegates for your chance to win a $2,000 travel voucher, a one-night stay with breakfast at Hotel X Toronto or a complimentary registration to This is LTC 2020!

To help you take full advantage of the mobile app, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at the Conference.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APP

Easy Steps:

• Use your mobile device to search the App Store or Google Play for the ‘Aventri Events App’
• Download the ‘Aventri Events App’
• Enter the Access Code: 412037
• Select the This is Long Term Care 2019 Event
• Sign in using the email you used to register for the Conference and your last name as the password (case sensitive)

Notes: 
– You must be registered for the Conference to have access to the mobile app
– Email addresses must be unique, please update your email in your registration if this is not the case

Push Notifications:
Be sure to enable push notifications on the app to ensure you receive schedule changes, emergency procedure notices, etc.  This can be done while you download the app or by clicking the 3 dots in the top right corner or the app, selecting ‘settings’ and ‘allow push’.

Program
Navigate the program quickly with all the info at your fingertips! Click on a session to see the description, location and speakers.

Personal Program
Add sessions to your Personal Program by visiting the Program icon, clicking on a session and selecting ‘Add->Personal Program’. Sessions you selected during registration will appear in this area as well!

Floor Plans
Find your session room or check out the Exhibitor Floor Plan! Click anywhere on the map to view a booth or session room and see which company is in which space or what sessions happen in each room.

Sponsors 
Click on each company to view their company profile and find out where their sponsored booth is located!

Exhibitors
Browse the exhibitor listing so you don’t miss anyone you’re hoping to connect with. Click on each exhibitor to see their booth location.

The Great Canadian Scavenger Hunt
The Great Canadian Scavenger Hunt is a game designed to get delegates to network and interact with exhibitors, sponsors and the rest of your peers! By completing all of the challenges in this contest you will be entered into a draw to win a $2,000 travel voucher!
How to Play: Click on the ‘Scavenger Hunt’ icon on your mobile app, and circulate the Exhibit Hall to network with exhibitors and sponsors and look for one with each scavenger hunt item! Use the app to scan each item. Once you’ve collected them all, you’ll be entered into the draw to win a $2,000 travel voucher, a one night stay with breakfast at Hotel X Toronto or a complimentary registration to This is LTC 2020!!
